Yes — we visit you in Jeddah within 48 hours, record the project in detail, and hand you a plan and an itemised quote with no obligation.
Do you handle the installation?
Yes. The same team designs, installs, programs and tests — we don't hand the project to a third party, and installation is a clear line inside the quote.
Which cities do you cover?
Jeddah is our base and where the showroom is (Al-Aziziyah). We deliver large villa and hotel projects in every city in the Kingdom.
If the internet drops, does the house stop?
No. Wired KNX systems run locally inside the house — switches, lighting and curtains work with no internet at all, and the internet is only needed for remote control.
How long does a full villa take?
It depends on the size of the project and the stage of construction. After the survey we give you a binding schedule inside the quote.
I already have a system — can you extend or repair it?
Yes. We extend and maintain existing systems, KNX especially — the standard is open and shared by more than 250 manufacturers.
