TECHZILLA

Sector three

Developers and residential communities

The buyer walks into their new home and finds it smart from day one — no wall opened, no technician hired. And you are selling something they can touch on the viewing, not a line in a brochure.

The options

KNX infrastructure pulled alongside the electrical work during construction, central intercom, gates, and common-area lighting.

For the IT lead and the consultant — under the hood
  • The architecture: an independent KNX line per unit plus a KNX/IP backbone for the building — full privacy for every resident, with central management of the shared areas only.
  • For the consultant: we hand over a specification book and a point schedule ready for tender — line items bidders can be compared on, not a vague "smart system".
  • Handover: every unit gets its ETS file and its documentation — the buyer receives a documented system, locked in to nobody. Not even us.
  • Shared areas: corridor lighting on sensors, separate meters for the common areas, and SIP intercom from the gate to every unit and its resident's phone.
